Operational translation
Turn regulatory context and clinical follow-up requirements into structured actions, ownership, and review states.
CASE STUDY 01 / CLINICAL WORKFLOW SOFTWARE
A software initiative exploring how organizations can organize regulatory intelligence, operational follow-through, and the evidence needed to demonstrate readiness.
THE PROBLEM
Clinical and regulatory work is rarely one task. A signal must be interpreted, assigned to the right organization and facility, translated into requirements, supported with evidence, and brought to closure with appropriate oversight.
ClinicalSOS organizes these steps around traceable workflow entities rather than treating compliance as a collection of disconnected documents.
THE PRODUCT MODEL
Turn regulatory context and clinical follow-up requirements into structured actions, ownership, and review states.
Separate organization, facility, engagement, staff, and client scope. Require authenticated server-side decisions for protected actions.
Use source control, regression tests, and staged application migration to reduce integration and authorization risk.
MY CONTRIBUTION & COLLABORATION
I have worked on the product problem, workflow requirements, entity and authorization models, AI-assisted technical development, and the move toward an independently deployable software stack. This is an evolving initiative; development and verification are documented in the project history.
Technology: React/Vite frontend, GitHub source control, Supabase authentication and PostgreSQL row-level security, authenticated Edge Functions, and Netlify hosting.
VERIFIABLE WORK PRODUCT
Netlify reported a ready production deployment for commit c308852 on October 6, 2026. That verifies publication of the software build, not completion of clinical workflow acceptance testing, independent security certification, live-customer adoption, or measured patient outcomes.
